Warm up this festive season with a special Christmas blend from Recent Beans. Carefully blended and hand roasted for seasonal flavours with a low acidity and a smooth, toffee body and caramel aftertaste.
THE PROCESS
The Central American coffees are washed and fully dried. The 'Monsooning' process on the Indian Monsoon Malabar means beans are exposed to the humid winds from the Arabian Sea during the Monsoon season and raked. This is a 3 month process that transforms the green beans to nearly twice their original size and gives this special coffee a unique taste.
